Having Playback Trouble?
If you're unable to see the playback window, check to make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash Video Player. It's free, and you can download it here.
If you are able to see the video start to play, but are experiencing frequent 'buffering' problems, there are a number of issues that might be the cause. Here are some things to look at:• Make sure your broadband internet connection is fast enough to accommodate live video playback. You can test the speed for free on many websites, for example www.speakeasy.net. We recommend you have a minimum of 1500 kbps download speed to watch videos in High Quality.
• Try switching from High Quality to Standard Quality playback; you can do this by clicking on the small checker-board icon on the bottom of the player window.
• Make sure you are running the latest version of the operating system and browser on your computer. Also, consider trying an alternate browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. They are available to download for free.
• Try turning down or turning off your internet security settings. Excessively strong security settings in browsers or third-party applications can interfere with the smooth downloading of streaming video.
• Try bypassing your wired or wireless internet router, or temporarily disabling the firewall that is built into many modern routers. Some customers have reported success with this suggestion.
