Yoga: Tradition of Unification by Andrey Lappa • $44.95

• Large-format, softcover book • 322 pages • Published by author

Yoga: Tradtition of Unification is a new, updated translation of Andrey Lappa's powerful treatise describing the theories and practices behind Universal Yoga. Hundreds of detailed photographs and diagrams help illustrate these intriguing and often esoteric concepts. This book makes an excellent companion to Andrey's DVDs: Introduction to Universal Yoga, Dance of Shiva, and the Universal Theory of Yoga box-set.

Although extremely modern in spirit and style, this book presents yoga in its traditional and perennial context — as the pathway to unification. This book serves as a guide for yoga practitioners, drawing from yogic philosophy and science to convey the meaning of the tradition of yoga without trespassing on each practitioner's freedom and life mission.

From the back cover:

“True knowledge has no other source other than the One. The tradition of yoga has no specialized, copyrighted or patent-protected names. This ancient word implies an unconditional unification with the unbounded. The path of yoga is unique for each practititioner. Those who have realized the path of yoga see limitations even in this simple word. They are oriented towards the preservation of the ideals of unification and away from concrete material expression.

This book contains the universal keys to the knowledge of yoga, which allows the individual to design a training program and at the same time remain creatively free and independent.”
