Tara's Last Journey

What follows is a photo documentary of Tara's last days, her death, funeral and cremation. Needless to say these photos are intensely personal and intimate; and yet completing this journey in openness, respect and deep love is why Tara chose to come here. This is also what you would have seen if you had been here, so I'm sharing these images in that light. But you should know that these pictures are not like what you would see in the west, and therefore might be challenging; but Tara's life was beautiful, as was her death—I think you will find that true with what you see here.
