We had our first yoga class with Lauren last night. She tortured us and
made us stay in headstand for 3 minutes and never said come down when
you feel tired, or faint or dizzy, or nauseated, and I was feeling all
of those things! She did compliment us on our postures at least and said
that we had obviously had some good instruction in the past...but do you
think you could come back soon cuz we really miss you?! Lots of Lurve
