Good morning Tara,
well it is morning over here. mark wrote me that the monsoons had 
started - funny, as I was sitting on the sofa talking on the phone last 
night and thought how lovely it would be to hear rain falling at that 
moment.  of course, SF rain is not monsoon downpour.  I hope you have 
those lovely rainbow socks on your toes!  if you need more foot and toe 
warmers, let me know.  we (ian, lauren and I) can add them to the care 
package we are compiling to send you and mark.

I hear it's difficult to keep food down at the moment.  perhaps having 
some liquid nourishment, gatorade or some other drink, might help?  
tell mark that 7up helps to settle the stomach - if you can handle the 
bubbles. tell mark that you want him to pop some popcorn - he makes 
great popcorn!  I made some the first night he was gone and burnt it - 
his never burns. amazing.

I spoke to Dr. Billy on friday - he was concerned about you and 
wondered i I'd heard from you both. I told him what was in mark's first 
email, about arriving tired, having all the love and care around you at 
the ashram, and how lovely the ashram sounds.  he's a wonderful person. 
I'd like to call him but I don't have his number - if you haven't given 
it to mark yet, please do.

my dear, you heal yourself, get stronger, rest, take in all the healing 
energies that are coming your way.  you have such beauty and grace in 
your being. I look forward to spending more time with you on your 
return.
