Hi all,

It poured on the way to Satsang (meditation and chanting) this morning, which made travel
to the meditation hall a little soggy, but was beautiful and cleansing. They've moved the
location of Satsang to a hall up 3 flights of steps; and you guessed it, that's when I put
on my 'Porter' hat and ferry Tara up the stairs ;-) Being on a hillside with many steps
around is posing a bit of a challenge, but we're finding ways to cope.

It's too early to say much about the ayurvedic treatment, but we've named the two main
medicines 'pickle water' and 'bad wine'. Makes for a nice face when Tara drinks them.

Our days are slow and lazy, as necessity determines--with lots of rest and back
scratches. This place is very restful; definitely not like anything I've experienced in
India before... it's so very beautiful, quiet, and serene.

Love,

M & T
