Tara,
Just a note to say hello. I appretiate the updates from Mark, he writes so 
descriptively I can picture the two of you and the goings on there quite 
clearly!  As for  me....I have purchased a home in Redding up by Shasta 
Lake.  It is quiet and the trees are plentiful.....I saw a Bald Eagle for 
the first time in my life up there (and thats a pretty long time to not see 
something!!)  You both are welcome any time for the fresh air and yoga on 
the deck.   I will be moving there at some point soon.  However, it is 
further from all that happens near so many Sivananda activities, not that I 
am able to take advantage of it all, but there  is that good feeling I am 
not too far from a satsang or yoga class close to  home!  You are in my 
thoughts and prayers and if I can do anything in anyway please feel free to 
ask....even if you want me to overnight a burrito or two!
