Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that we're setting up a way to take 
donations as per Tara's final requests.  She wanted to make offerings 
to the Neyyar Dam Sivananda ashram that so generously hosted our stay, 
and where she passed on; also to the new ashram being built in Madurai 
in the neighboring state of Tamil Nadu; and finally to the San 
Francisco center where she spent so much time.

We don't have everything quite in place yet, but Joan and Tom (Tara's 
parents) are working with the Sivananda organization to make this as 
easy as possible.  Their selfless generosity in caring for Tara is 
simply impossible to put into words; any donations you would be able to 
make will go to supporting these people directly and their mission that 
so inspired Tara, and literally helped her smoothly move from this 
world to the next.

I will write again soon with details, but wanted to let you know that 
this was in the works.

There is also a big puja/ceremony on the 19th early morning India time 
that marks the end of the period of observance after Tara's death.  
Life returns to some normality after that, and then of course more 
ceremonies begin.  I will forward those details as well, but plan on 
'joining' us on that day and time if you can.
