Karen Macklin
Karen Macklin is a writer, editor, and yoga teacher living in San Francisco. She has been practicing yoga since 2000, and has studied various yoga traditions including Ashtanga, Iyengar, AcroYoga, Restorative Yoga, and Shadow Yoga, as well as Buddhist meditation. She is a longtime journalist and has written on yoga, health, and Eastern spirituality for a myriad of publications including Yoga Journal, FitYoga, Tricycle, and Yoga International magazines. She is also an award-winning book editor, as well as a playwright, poet, fiction writer, and essayist.
